He's known to the Canadian River Regulators as Panhandle Parson but to his church congregation he is Rev. Royce D. Elms, pastor of the Jubilee Apostolic Church in Amarillo, TX.
Funeral services for Panhandle Parson will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 2, at The Church at Quail Creek located at 801 Tascosa Road, Amarillo, TX.
The service will be officiated by Rev. N. P. Urshan of Indianapolis and the Rev. Tom Foster of Dallas. Burial will be at the Llano Cemetery East.
